Seafood I am not a big seafood fan.  It's OK!  I do eat it occasionally, mainly because it is good for me and because almost anything is good with cocktail sauce or tarter sauce.  Everyone needs a few good seafood recipes in their arsenal.  I have a lot of friends and family that enjoy seafood so I have kept a few really good and easy recipes to serve when the time is right.  Keep these dishes in mind when you need a recipe to serve to the seafood lovers at your next party.
