With so many way of cooking and flavoring chicken. How can anyone say "it tastes just like chicken"? Chicken has to be the most versatile of all meats. It can be cooked more ways than almost all other meats combined. For now I want to concentrate on chicken dishes that are best suited for cookouts and potlucks.
