If you call what you find at your local convenient store real beef jerky... you are gonna love what I have for you. Sure, it's pretty good sometimes, but most of the time it can be really bad. There is one thing constant, it is always expensive! You can use a smoker to make your jerky or a food dehydrator or you can just lay it out on a rock on a hot summer day. I have a way of making the best jerky you have ever had in your own oven, and it's easy and also a fraction of the price you pay for store bought jerky. No kits to buy. No prepackaged seasoning to buy. Just you, your oven, and some common seasoning found in your own kitchen. If you are too damn lazy to make the world's best meat snack, I do have a few suggestions for some store bought jerky that don't suck... in fact it is almost as good as mine.
