To help you impress your family, friends, and co-workers with your culinary skills. Even if you have no skills!
Cooking isn't hard! All you need is good, easy to follow recipes, sound advice, and quality ingredients. Soon everyone will be calling you to bring your special dishes to their event.
This archive of recipes and cooking tips are not all my ideas. They were collected from years of watching and learning how others do their "special something" which is not always a good thing! Case in point... I learned by watching my wifes sweet old aunt (lets make that "loveable old aunt" because quite frankly she is not always so sweet but you gotta love her) Anyway... what I learned from her is you never put cinnamon in baked beans...EVER! No matter how hard I tried, I just could not convince her of this fact. Now at our family reunions or 4th of July picnics, I just have to remember to ask "Who made the baked beans?" problem solved!
These recipes come from a variety of places, from my own ideas, from family picnics, even from the side of a mac-n-cheese box. Others are just a basic recipe with a little "Something Extra" mixed in to make the recipe a little bit better.
I will be adding new recipes and extra fun stuff a little at a time. So check back often and see whats new.
Try these recipes for youself. I think you and everyone you care to share them with will love-em. I do, but what can I say. This is what I like to cook!
