Smokey Bacon Infused Cheeseburgers
1 lb lean ground beef
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp course ground black pepper
6-8 slices of cooked bacon
(about 2 oz)
6 slices of smoked cheddar cheese
6 hamburger rolls
Finely chop bacon slices, then combine bacon together with the first five ingredients until well mixed.   Form into 6 patties. Grill to desired doneness. Top with smoked cheddar cheese and serve on toasted hamburger rolls. Serve with a thick slice of onion. Also great with a little dab of your favorite BBQ sauce.  ENJOY!
