BBQ Chicken

This is an easy BBQ Sauce that can be used for almost anything, but I find it is perfect for chicken. You can use any part of the chicken, breast, wings, quarters, I find this is great on a bunch of legs and thighs. This recipe can be cooked on the grill or baked in the oven either way it is easy to make my family loves it!
1 package legs and thighs (8 to 10 pieces)
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup light brown sugar
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1-1/2 tbsp dry mustard
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp hot pepper sauce

Mix all ingredients (except chicken of course) until well blended.

If baking in oven place chicken in shallow baking dish and coat with sauce. Cover and bake at 350 deg. for approx. 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until internal temp. reaches 180 deg. baste chicken with sauce from bottom of pan a couple of times during cooking.

If grillin' out. Place chicken on medium high heat grill, brush lightly with sauce and cook until juices run clear. load up with remaining sauce and grill an additional 2-3 minutes per side basting with sauce often.

Enjoy!
