BBQ Wet Rub

2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp white sugar
2 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp course ground black pepper
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp granulated garlic
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp lime juice
(or lemon juice)
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp red pepper sauce
(such as franks red hot or tabasco)
Mix all dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients. thoroughly coat meat on all sides with rub, cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour. (the longer the better) Cook your dish as usual. This rub is good on all meats, but is especially good on ribs or brisket.  ENJOY!
