1 Quart Mayonnaise
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Vinegar
1/4 Cup Sugar
2 Cloves Minced garlic
1/2 Pound Crumbled Bleu Cheese
Pinch of Salt
Mix all ingredients together in a medium size bowl. Use the vinegar to rinse the mayonnaise jar before adding it to the other ingredients. Chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.
