Cabbage Beef Soup

1 pound ground beef
1/2 head of cabbage (chopped)
2 stalks celery (sliced)
1 large onion (chopped)
1 can of dark red kidney beans 15.5oz (undrained)
1 can of diced tomatoes 28oz (undrained)
28 ounces water (just fill your tomato can back up)
4 beef boullion cubes
1/2 tsp course ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
Brown ground beef and onion together and drain off excess fat.

Add in remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until celery is tender.

Easy to make and good to eat!  and like most soups it seems to get better the second day.  ENJOY!
