Cubed Steak Casserole

2 pounds Cubed Steak
4 large potatoes
2 medium onions
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup 2% milk
2 tbsp butter
salt & pepper to taste
Season steaks with salt & pepper and fry over medium heat until good and brown.
Slice potatoes about 3/8 inch thick with skins on
Slice onions about 1/4 inch thick
Mix soups and milk together until well blended
Pour about 1/3 soup mixture in a greased baking dish
Layer steaks, potatoes and onions in baking dish and cover with remaining soup mixture, add additional salt and pepper to taste.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a 350 deg. oven about 1 to 1-1/2 hour. Stir once or twice during cooking.

Serve with steamed broccoli or an ear of good sweet corn  ENJOY!
