Delmonico Steak

Want a great steak at home but don't want to fire up the grill? Here is the perfect steak for you!

Start with well marbled ribeye steaks with tail attached. Flatten steaks slightly to tenderize. Prep steaks with Steak Prep Oil. Pan fry steaks in large skillet or on a griddle use (use a light weight grill press if you have one). Cook on medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. In a separate pan saute sliced onions and mushrooms  with butter, salt, and course grind pepper. Add mushrooms and onions to steaks the last minute or two of cooking. This makes for a very tender and flavorful steak.  ENJOY!
