Make your favorite buffalo wing flavors and use legs and thighs instead of the traditional wing sections. Instead of an appetizer you have a meal.
Bake, deep fry, or cook them on the grill, then roll them in your favorite wing sauce and you have Dragon Wings!
No matter how you cook your wings make sure you use safe handling practices and cook to an internal temperature of 175 degrees. Then use your favorite sauce or try one of my favorites listed under Chicken Wing Sauces
You will also find that legs and thighs or leg quarters cost less per pound than wings and have a lot more meat.  ENJOY
