Drunken Shrimp Kabobs

In a large bowl mix 4 tbsp rum, lemon juice, oil, garlic, cayenne pepper, salt & black pepper to form a marinade.  Add shrimp an toss to evenly coat. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

In a small bowl mix reserved 2 tbsp rum, vinegar, and brown sugar to form a basting sauce.

Impale shrimp on skewers and grill over med-high heat basting often with basting sauce until shrimp are opaque.

Serve with a side skewer of mixed veggies over wild rice. Serves 6
