1 lb lean ground beef
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp red pepper sauce
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp course ground black pepper
1/4 cup pickled jalapeno slices
6 slices pepper jack cheese
6 hamburger rolls

Finely chop jalapeno slices, then combine peppers together with the first five ingredients until well mixed.   Form into 6 patties. Grill to desired doneness. Top with pepper jack cheese and serve on toasted hamburger rolls. Serve with a thick slice of onion and a dollop of sourcream if desired.  ENJOY!
