Margie's Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients
  •         16 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  •         1 lb powdered sugar
  •         18 oz peanut butter
  •         1 1/3 cup milk
  •         16 oz whipped topping (frozen)
  •         2 - 3 pre-baked 9 inch pie crusts
Toppings (optional)
  •         1 Hershey’s chocolate bar (shaved)
  •         Reese peanut butter cups slightly frozen (crumbled)
Directions
Blend with electric mixer: cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Add milk. Fold whipped topping into peanut butter mixture. Pour into pre-baked pie crusts and freeze. Fifteen minutes prior to serving, remove from freezer and serve chilled. Leftovers can be re-frozen. (For a more heaping pie only use 2 pie crusts.  Deep dish!)
Top pies lightly with either shaved chocolate or crumbled peanut butter cups before freezing.

Note: These pies are VERY RICH.  A little piece will go a LONG WAY.  ENJOY!
