Fry porkchops in butter, salt & pepper until good and brown.
(real brown! this adds a wonderful color to the dish)
Slice potatoes about 3/8 inch thick with skins on
Slice onions about 1/4 inch thick
Mix soups and milk together until well blended
Pour about 1/3 soup mixture in a greased baking dish
Layer porkchops, potatoes and onions in baking dish and cover with remaining soup mixture, add additional salt and pepper to taste.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a 350 deg. oven about 1 to 1-1/2 hour. Stir once or twice during cooking.
Serve with a side vegatable or a small green salad. ENJOY!
