Mix both ground meats together and form into six 1/3 lb patties. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Grill over medium high heat until internal temperatures reach at least 165 degrees. Spread butter on rolls and grill to lightly toast buns. Melt cheese on burgers. Top with thick sliced onion, pickle slices, and mustard. ENJOY!

Any sausage will work I use hot italian sausage, but sweet italian or regular breakfast sausage works just as well. Use a good hearty roll like a kaiser or a ciabatta bun. A spicy brown mustard will add a little kick. Also Slice onion real thick and grill along side burgers for a few minutes adds a little extra flavor.
