Spicy BBQ Chicken Kabobs

2-3 pounds chicken breast or tenders
2 medium sized green peppers
2 large onions
2 large bananna peppers

Marinade

1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup red wine vinegar
1 tbsp hot pepper sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Cut chicken into 1 to 2 inch pieces
Mix marinade ingredients well and marinate chicken for 1 hour
Seed peppers and cut peppers into 1-2 inch pieces
Cut onion into 1-2 inch pieces
Alternate chicken and veggies on skewers
Grill on medium heat basting often with marinade until done
Side Skewer

Alternate whole cherry tomatoes and whole button mushrooms on skewers and grill over medium heat basting with butter and salt & pepper

Serve both skewers over brown rice with a small green salad or cottage cheese salad.  ENJOY!
