Rinse and drain beans. Mix beans with vegetables and set aside. Mix together sugar and vinegar until sugar is completely dissolved. Add remaining ingredients to vinegar/sugar mixture and mix well. Pour dressing over beans. Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours mixing occasionally. Serve chilled. ENJOY!

Try adding one or more of these to your salad...
Add Garbanzo beans (or substitute for another bean)
Red wine vinegar instead of cider vinegar
Olive oil instead of vegetable oil
Small jar of whole button mushrooms (quartered)
1/4 cup diced pimientos
1/2 cup finely diced cucumber
1/2 cup cauliflower (cut in very small pieces)
1/4 cup sliced green or black olives
